Offer Instructions On writing the offer:

2) Seller’s name should be stated as “Owner of Record”.

5) 3% Earnest Money to be deposited in escrow on the day of seller acceptance

7) Must show proof of funds for down payment, as well as POF if all CASH.
8) Please allow 3-5 business day MINUM for response after set offer date
9) 10 day inspection contingency MAX
